Holy Smokes! I just won an EOY 2BR Marriott Ko Olina on Ebay for $4750. Floating weeks 1 - 50. What does that say about the market? What are the chances this will pass ROFR? Probably none.

Hey Bart,

Ebay sales seem to be pretty low right now. The only EOY listed on the ROFR database passed at $8250...that puts yours pretty low but you never know.

What self-control . If you can afford to buy and living on the West coast prices like these almost make it a no-brainer. Fabulous resort and as the area develops a bit it will only become better. The only thing stopping me is the 12 hour plane ride (and a DH who would think I was crazy because of the 12 hour plane ride ).

We go from newark to hawaii every year, yes long plane ride BUT secret is to upgrade to First and keep that champagne flowing!
