Just traded into Hawaii via RCI and have a few questions...

I have 116K points for 2021 and 150K points for 2022. I have not yet paid my 2022 fees. I just got a 180K Hilton 2 BR in Hawaii for May/June 2022. Do I have to pay the prorated MF's now or not till 2022 when they come due, since the reservation is in 2022? Any thoughts?
