I also let a 2 bedroom unit go last week and did the E-Trade from the last week in May to October. The airfare for 3 of us was too high. So, far, October's rates are better.

New to retrades and the need to perform frequent manual searches. What time does II upload its inventory daily - in the middle of the night? So best time to search is morning EST?

No set time. Units are added several times a day if not continuously as people deposit units or retrade.
It seems that bulk deposit are often visible first thing in the morning EST so check then and several times though out the day.
