I just received my recorded deed for my week and 1400 points at Hyatt Pinon Pointe. Had a really good experience with Bill Gabrielli. He worked it as a gift transfer rather than a purchase and saved me $$. End of the day it was a $0 transfer plus costs related to closing and MF. If you are looking for a resale take a look at Bill.

How long should it take to hear from Hyatt on my Contract and to register on the HRC website?

Thanks!

Once the deed is recorded, Hyatt says it takes 30 days for them to set you up....it's never taken less than 30 days for me and once my points went from CUP to LCUP because they took around 45 days to transfer the account.

Hopefully you have better luck!
