Given that it's 4 weeks that's about $25K per week. Cheaper than some weeks like Platinum Maui OF and Crystal Shores GF... but it's just a 1BR.

Seller also omitted MFs.

Relatively speaking, you might say that is not bad value.
We were quoted over £105,000 for 3 weeks fractional ownership with over £9,500 annual fees.
We only live an hour away, but if you don’t and want a spectacular central London residence this would take a lot of beating.

A little late but I just got the info as I was curious also. 47 Park Street cannot be enrolled.
