Hey everyone,

I just bought 154K annual points resale at Wyndham and I paid $1000 which includes all closing costs and transfer fees. The annual MF's are $630 so I was wondering if I got a good deal?

Also, do we get 1 free guest certificate per year as an owner? And how many HK points per stay is it in a 2 bedroom unit? I am trying to figure out how many nights that I can get out of my memberhsip. Thank you for all of your help.

Yes you got a good deal..but not a steal like some people have, but a good deal all the same.

You do not get any free Guest Certificates.

I don't know what you mean by HK points, but typically with 154,000 points you can get a lot.

With 154,000 points you can get:

- 4 weeks if you band 4 (28,000 point weeks) with RCI
- 2 weeks if you book a 1 bdr or studio within Wyndham (1 off season/1 in season)
- or 1 week if you book a 2 bedroom (off/in season at some of the older resorts)

Any FSP member get 1 free GC. So you do get 1 free GC.

You have 154 free HK. Each 2 BD stay will cost you 77 HK. So you should be able to stay 2 trips without rent/borrow HK. As to how many nights, it depends on the point of the resort it charges per night. Without moving/borrow/rent the points, every year you get 154k. If you go to older resort, it probably good for 1 week stay, or 10 days stay during weekdays. If you go to newer resort, it probably good for 1 day to 6 night stays
