JRA Services no longer able to provide full Hawaii escrows

I just agreed on a price with a seller of a Hawaii Wyndham week. After researching closing companies on TUG2 I selected JRA Services. They just responded today indicating that Hawaii law no longer allows them to conduct full escrows for Hawaiian timeshare resales. They recommended Hawaii Escrow & Title and say they trust them and have used them before.

Has anyone ever used Hawaiian Escrow & Title for their closing?

How was your experience?

I was wrong. JRA does do Hawaii closings.

It was Timeshare Closing Services, Inc. that doesn't do Hawaii closing any longer, not JRA Services. The confusion came in that JRA's web site is www.timeshareresaleclosings.com, sort of close to the other company's name.

My apologies for the confusion.

I am using JRA for my current Hawaii purchase.
