Some of the independent exchange companies offer similar deals as Last Calls, and your resort does not have to affiliate with them for you to sign up. Some even have free membership. If you are interested in the Last Call type of offerings, you should consider joining them. Try

There is a dirty little secret which RCI is trying very hard to not let out. The RCI last calls and extra vacations are not the deal that RCI makes them out to be. RCI's public rental website often has the same or better deals available to the general public. I believe the public website is www.wyndham-vacations.com
