Jamaican on the Gulf

Any recent information on this resort? The TUG reviews are very old. I found some reviews on another source that were mostly very good, with just a few complaints about appliances that didn't work, uncomfortable beds and noise from the street.

I had an II deposit expiring this year and used a retrade to grab this for December 2021. I have two more retrades if it's not a good choice. We aren't too particular as long as the resort is clean and comfy. I do hate street noise and have run into that at some of the older beach resorts in Florida.

Any info on the room layouts? Do all units have a beachside balcony? Our original deposit was a 1-br, so that's what we booked at this resort.
