Credit cards are settled up from the trip in Sept.

Last night I finalized flights for our next trip in April. DD keeps reminding me they might not even be there. Never know with the Army. But I' m okay with that. The past trip broke the barrier for international travel without Michael. Sharing the majority of that trip with Anna was a blessing.

Starting in VCE. Third day we're going back to Renaissance in Barga for 5 nights. It's a comfort zone. A drive to Genoa is 2-3 hours along the coast. A day in Parma on the way to Varenna. 2 nights on Lake Como. 2 nights in Milan.

I have lovely pictures from the past trip and would like to post some here. I need a techie to show me how. I'll work on that. The view from the balcony is dreamy.

Italy is beautiful, go and enjoy it again! Are you staying in timeshare?

No, I posted in this forum because we're staying at the Renaissance in Tuscany using a 5 night MR certificate from a travel package.

Some reviews say this property is too remote but we found it delightful when we visited in September.

As views from Renaissance hotel rooms go, our current one in Kuala Lumpur takes some beating, as we stop over en route to Phuket Beach Club.
If it helps, the way I attach photos when writing or replying to a post is to
- select "go advanced"
- select the paper clip logo to add an attachment
- select upload image, choosing the photo(s) from my image library
I have previously unknowingly posted images upside down though, as other Tuggers have pointed out, so you might want a second opinion!

We stayed at the Crown Plaza inRome in June for 6 days. Absolutely, loved it, then we flew to Dubin for our timeshare week at Fitzpatrick Castle, wonderful time and weather!

Really pleased you enjoyed KL Heather.
It made an interesting change from Bangkok, Hong Kong and Singapore.
We are in Phuket now and enjoying it as much as ever.
