Issues with HGVC Website

Is anyone else having issues with walking a reservation via the Website? I had to call CS today to walk reservations at Valdoro Mtn Lodge. The website inventory wasn't getting updated for Valdoro. This looked like it may have started sometime Sunday to me. The CS rep stated that it had already been reported to HGVC IT of issues with the website.

I had that happen last year for the OO walks for our stay there this week/next week. It would show available nights in the booking window but not in the change reservation window. I had to call CS to add them.

I had a trouble ticket issued for this exact issue. What they are saying is that it only works if all nights are available for the new reservation.

In other words if you can't book it without the existing nights you have booked the system wont let you walk the additional nights.

I know it didnt used to be like this but that is what they told me. I have not had time to truth check this yet but it is cruddy regardless as you cant even shorten a reservation.

The reservations that I am walking now usually only have the next day available and I am able to walk it.

Well, I looked at inventory for new reservation. I could see the inventory there. If you go to change reservation, and it isn't there, then that is a problem which require a call to CS.
