Is Wyndham down? I am getting an error message today

I am able to log in on both laptop and phone app.
But every beginning date I pick for a reservation. I get a message saying 'the date range in ineligible at this resort'.
Doesn't wait for me to pick an end date.
Are you using the MAC (monthly calendar)? Or are you using the search function? The search function is currently only returning WM resorts and results for me - whether via the app or the website. The MAC seems to work until you go to pick dates, and then I get the same reported error that you did.

I have that issue. Called the VIP line. They said this is a known issue and even they cannot book reservations right now.

If Owner Care can't book anything either - it's more than "some accounts" LOL.

This has been going on for a few weeks now. Between my wife and I we check inventory several times a day watching for some specific dates we are trying to get for Spring Break. This error message has been a nuisance for a few weeks now. It does this sometimes half / dozen times or more and we just keep re-logging in and it eventually goes through... SOmetimes we wait a few minutes and try again and it is fine.... some days it never shows up... sometimes you only have to try again right away and it is fine... and sometimes I give up after 6-7 or more attempts and come back later and then it may or may not work. We try from our phones, different laptops, different Internet connections. We have both cellular Internet wi-fi in our home, and also Starlink. Over New Years we were at our home up on Lake Erie that has high speed cable through Spectrum and it did the same thing there.... So it is not our connection, not our laptops, not our settings on any hardware. It is simply an issue with Wyndham. I am totally guessing, but I think it is just when their site is too busy to handle anymore logins you get this. I do not think we have ever gotten it in the mornings like 6:00 am when I check.

Just create a waitlist entry - it’s no longer necessary to manually check the website several times a day for inventory - unless you already have two waitlist entries active in which case that’s the limit. Waitlist entries will be fulfilled before inventory is displayed whenever a cancellation is processed.

Thank you. Yes. we have them, but I am trying to add nights to an existing reservation, but the front and the back... I am not sure that the waitlist works for that, but we do have waitlist in there. We also can not do a waitlist for the property because we are in the 60 day window. We are trying to get additional nights at Smugglers Notch for skiing next month.

You cannot do a Modify Nights function via a waitlist unfortunately - the best you could do is to add a waitlist for the per night minimum (typically two nights) for the dates on either end of the existing reservation for the same room size/type - and if it processes - then contact the resort and have them daisy chain the reservations together so you can stay in the same room. If you're within the 60 day window then, as you indicated, the waitlist function is not available and you have to manually check to add nights - this is actually a good enhancement request now that you mention it - I'll add it to the list. I often do this type of thing myself - I can only find a few nights that we want - so I grab it up - then create a waitlist entry for the nights that aren't available - it'd be nice to have the system simply add the nights to the existing reservation if they become available.

I was able to book something on Saturday. It seems to be working just fine.
