Has anyone had any experience recently of re-qualifying a purchased resale unit with Vistana? I know of few years back it was reported they would as long as you were purchasing an additional 40k with the developer.

I’ve just completed the process of requaling a voluntary SDO plat unit.
Officially they had a special promo on until the end of August which reduced the minimum of new cash to 10k if purchasing Sheraton Flex and 15k for Westin Flex (although this was relaxed). I’m not sure if they’ve extended this offer but it’s possible.
