Is this a timeshare??

We are staying here in late May for a nephews HS graduation and don't see it listed in any timeshare site. Just wondered if it was a timeshare or not and if anyone has stayed there? Looks fairly nice and has good reviews.

No timeshare units there that I am aware of - 99.9% sure the answer is no.

An easy place to check is the TUG Resort Ratings and Reviews. Rest assured if there's a time share out there, someone in TUG has been there and reviewed it.

The Caribbean is not TS, its condo units - each unit is owned by a private individual. Some owners turn their unit over to the onsite management company to rent out on a nightly basis.

It started out years ago as a hotel, but in recent years they converted it to condos - they did a complete renovation to turn the hotel rooms into condo units and built another tower of condo units. It is a nice property and deservedly gets good reviews - only knock is that some of the converted hotel to condo units have an odd layout in that you have to walk thru a bedroom to get to the living room/balcony.
