Is there still a RCI discount for owning a VRI-managed resort?

My sister may be taking one of my timeshares, which is managed by VRI. There used to be two kinds of discounts for VRI owners when using RCI: There was a 3-years-for-the-price-of-two membership special, plus a small discount when trading into another RCI week.

Does anyone know if these discounts are still in effect?

Also, does anyone know if there is still some sort of VRI preference in RCI Weeks? (VRI does give a Home Group preference in RCI Points, I know)

Ok, and here's an easier questions -- what are the current annual dues (no discount) for RCI Weeks? (I own RCI Points, so I pay the higher Points membership fee.)

I just renewed and got the 3 years for the price of 2. I believe it's an ongoing rate that's available year round.

There is also a discount on RCI trade fees to another VRI managed resort.
