Is There ONLY ONE phone number for reservations?

I'm a new owner so I'm just curious, is there only one phone number that everyone calls to make their reservation? Also, now that I have online access to myvacationclub.com, is there a way to attach my marriott rewards to that ownership number? Last question, is there any specially priced vacation you can grab or take advantage of off the myvacationclub.com website or is that only via II? Thanks in advance.

I believe you own a Week and are not a Points Member? In that case the phone number you have for Owner Services is the correct one. (The Points FAQ in this forum lists the other telephone numbers that Points Members can use.) Note reservations can be booked online, too, at my-vacationclub.com; click on "BOOK MY VACATION" on the top left of the home page.

In your my-vacationclub.com account your Marriott Rewards Number should be indicated on the "My Profile" page under "MANAGE MY ACCOUNT." If yours isn't there call Owner Services and they'll be able to help. There may be a "Vacation/Holiday Advisor" name and number listed further down on that page if you want to try calling direct but it isn't necessary for you to speak with your assigned advisor.

Marriott Weeks Owners have a 25% cash discount on available stays at the timeshare resorts. You can book through marriott.com; in the "Find A Hotel" box click on "Special Rates" and then input "7VC" in the box that comes up when you click the "Corporate/Promotional Code" button. You can also book these through your my-vacationclub.com account by clicking on "Browse for Resorts" under the picture at the top of the page, then "Rent More Nights" under "Extend My Vacation" in the column on the right. The page that comes up will be auto-populated with your applicable discount code.

The discount has been around for years, though the old code was MOD.

As a Trust points owner, I have always used the phone number for points users. Late last year, we purchased a resale week. A month or so ago, I had a question regarding my week, so I called the number the OP listed in #1 above and was told by the VOA who answered that even though I was calling about my week, she was not able to access my account because I also owned Trust points.... so she had to transfer me.

So apparently the weeks line is intended only for weeks owners, but the points line can help for weeks and points. That said, I am not sure if I only had weeks and no points if calling the points number would get me transferred back to the weeks only folks. :shrug:
