It is 4,000 points a year. And they can be exchanged for RCI.
Points can be used at :
Coral Reef
Island Links
Coral Sands
Port O’call
Points would be available for 2019 year.
Maintenance fees $717 a year
$150 transfer fee

This is very nice of you.
Someone who loves Hilton Head and may be trying out time sharing might like this.
We really like Island Links. It is near a lot of things to do on the Island. These 3Bed units are very nicely done.
We like that it is in the Royal Plantation area. It is near Marriott Barony and Westin.
Most important the beautiful Sunny Beach.
I have to many units but this is a nice offer.

Maybe a Palmera owner can correct me if I am wrong but a Palmera points translate to RCI points 1:10 so it would be the equivalent to 40,000 rci points when used with rci. There may be additional discounts when used internally.
