Is there a way to view your history of usage on the Vistana website?

I've been trying to find out what happened to the 1BR(B) side of my Harborside 2BR all morning. I deposited it (along with some other "Covid weeks") into Interval last week, and this particular unit vanished from my Vistana dashboard, but never showed up in Interval. If there is a history usage page on the Vistana website, I can't find it! I can only see my upcoming reservations, and my StarOptions balances (now 0 for this year). Interval has a list of all my units, deposits, and history, except for this one unit.

After an hour on the phone, the rep at Interval tried to deposit a replacement week, but Vistana won't let him do it because it shows zero 2020 weeks left. I'm waiting to be called back from Vistana (the waiting time is over an hour this morning). I'd much rather be doing something else today. :wall:

Added: The Vistana rep sees and sent me the all the deposit confirmations, but Interval won't let them deposit the 1BR(B) for some reason. She said it should get resolved next week. If not, call back.

I am not aware of anywhere to view transaction history for Vistana.

There is some limited past history on the app. Click on the bottom center icon - Vacations. For me at least it show current reservations and past stay - going back to 2016 - however I’ve been an owner much longer.

If you contact Vistana (I'd send a message from the dashboard) they can do an audit for you, and send you a summary of the transactions on your account. Don't call - the Phone Reps. are the entry level people and they can't do anything but very basic stuff.

Thanks everyone. The week was finally deposited and shows up in Interval as a regular deposit, not a replacement week.

With all the rule changes and general chaos in travel during this pandemic, I could certainly see some 2020 weeks getting misplaced/lost. I’m glad they “found” my week and got it deposited.

Good to know, @drpayne. I don't have the app installed because I didn't think it would be particularly useful, but I looked at it and see what you're talking about. I'm curious if History includes your StarOptions exchanges into other resorts in the network, and shows a VOI was deposited in Interval? That would be interesting.

Just from my usage it shows SO usage at other Vistana resorts but does not show exchanges to Interval.

Thank you, drpayne. That's helpful to know. I have a spreadsheet that keeps track of all our timeshare usage, but it's good to see Vistana has made it easier to track online, too. Thanks again.

Thank you for this info... I can see a SVV deposit one bedroom from 2019 and the exchange made with it but when I deposit my HomeOptions from resale Coral Vista (hurricane non-usage 2017 & 2018) ) you can not “see” how many points are in there and how many you have left or when they expire. I just sent a message to request an audit.
