Is there a way to see reservations & vacation history?

I made my first reservation using my new Points account. It is a week resort. My points were correctly debited, but I can't see how to look up my transaction online. I can't see how to do it. In "transaction history" it tells me I had no transactions. Is it possible to see it like I would in weeks account? I called the RCI but was informed that they are not trained on internet and can't help me. Asked to talk to supervisor and was advised by him to send an e-mail to RCI feedback so they could look into my suggestion of providing support for their web-site. Right now, apparently, they are not supporting it at all, and it is completely separate from RCI customer service!!!??? Why do they promote and encourage use of their web-site if they can't support it? The only reply he could give me was: e-mail feedback (but don't expect it will get fixed, but they will take the suggestions into consideration). There are many things I don't like about points web-site and I will be e-mailing them with my suggestions, but I don't really expect much. Maybe, if we all started a little campaign?...

Not sure why you can't see your reservation as I can see all items when I go to "Reservations" and then "Points transactions". It might help if you put TUG in the subject line when you write RCI feedback, it does seem to speed things up. Did you call 1-877-968-7476? That is the number for Points member services.

Jeff is right. Please go to reservations and go to points transactions and you will find your points transactions.

I believe the only ones you can see are those points transactions done online. If you do the reservations by phone, they don't show online.

reservations

For some reason the RCI website doesn't seem to get it right. I am still showing a Welk hold from 6 months ago and I have a week in Portugal that never shows although I have a printed confirmation and 3 different VC's have told me I have the week. I would do just what I did- print out the reservation and make sure the VC's confirm your week.

I think Linda is right, because, believe me I CAN'T SEE my reservations! I tried everything and still can't see it. But the RCI guide should be able to tell me that...
Also, what I don't like is that when I search in weeks (with points) I can't see any detailed information about the resort: no resort numbers, customer reviews... I find it pretty difficult - I have several sessions open at the same time to X-reference the resort information. Maybe I am missing something, but I really have much harder time using points web-site then I ever had with weeks.

I can't see my transactions with my points account. The only way I can "guess" that they're still there is that my points amount in my account hasn't changed. My current exchange was for a week's resort and made by phone since it was the result of an ongoing search. I wish this is something they would fix as it would certainly help for peace of mind.
