I am trying to make a reservation, the wheel is spinning and nothing happens. Has anyone tried today? It has been like this for at least one hour.

Mine too has been stuck in hyperloop all day.
I just cleared all my browsing data cookies, and it is fixed. Try that

Edited to add- It fixed it for a second, but now it's stuck again.

I'm having the same issue with the infinite hyperloop. The only field I can select is the number of nights. Everything else is not functioning and can not be selected.

Must be updating all the rules and such. Would be nice if the told us that the site was down for maintenance. But the fact that a site is down for maintenance and is not announced seems to be the new normal.

Down for maintenance or just broken? Quite possible it is just broke and no one is around to fix it. Looks to be a database connectivity issue to me.

Usually a scheduled maintenance is not done on a Monday for 10 hours

Has anyone been compensated for lost vacation time this March, when the resort shut down it’s operations? We left early and were told because we owned a fixed week, we could not compensated but we have heard that other people received a refund for their points!
