Looking to add some points and found a few ads that look good.
Any advice from folks who have bought?
Verified only?
Escrow? If so, who?
anything else?

As above, I’ve purchased weeks from TBS/SMTN twice with no issues. From a buyers perspective they’ve often had very competitive listings with low closing costs.

That said, any good broker can find you seller, as it’s a commodity market. If you can find a private seller I would think LT Transfers, a favorite on TUG, could do the closing at low cost.

Lots of options, just like buying a week.

SMTN?

Also, lots of options is the problem. Looking for someone who has done a points purchase recently and can recommend. Only looking for 1000-1500 points so it is in that range where $300 in fees if not necessary are a large percentage.

I have never seen Marriott points listed on Redweek. Has anyone else?

Found the link on an earlier post
https://tugbbs.com/forums/threads/w...are-trying-to-sell-destinations-points.297306
And if anyone knows of any other good sites, add it to that link to keep mods happy and also its a good place to consolidate info for folks like me.
Find I am doing a lot of short point stays and want the earlier window to reserve and not that many more points to bump up to next level

Thanks for the link. Interesting, it's easier to find it on TUG than on the Redweek site itself... On the site one would normally gravitate to clicking on "Timeshare Resales", but instead you need to click on "Timeshare Companies"
