Is the RCI Annual Vacation Protection Plan no longer available?

When I called to renew a few weeks ago, I was told my plan expired the end of September and to call back the first week of October. I called back today and was told it was no longer available - as I started to ask when that had happened - the guide hung up on me!

Is the plan available or not? Thank you.
