Is the market any better to sell ?

I considered selling my island park village Red 2 bedroom a few years ago but the market was really soft at that time. I have continued to use it for Rci exchanges.

Has the market improved at all or is it still in the tanks. I still have too many timeshares but I can afford the MF and don't want to give them away.

WKORV, WKV, SDO, Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra.
I think that it may be easier to sell or give timeshares away, because of the improved economy, but I don't think prices are significantly higher at most resorts.

The market has bounce off the bottom, but still suffers from the effects of developer tactics. The stigma caused by developer ripoff pricing still keeps many buyers out of the market at this time, but a sale at a bargain price is possible now.
