Is the Divi Village Villas (DG27) VS Divi Village (4988) the same resort? if not, which one is located across the street from the beach. We are going with another family member and had booked Divi Village #4988 a few weeks ago for us, now they opened up the villas (DG27) & I am booking our family into that one. We all plan on doing the all-inclusive while we are there, regardless of which resort we stay at & didn't know if I should pay the fee to cancel our room and book the DG27 room.

If you had the choice between either of these, which one would you choose and why? if I am looking at the description correctly, it looks like the DG27 one is a larger 1 bedroom unit, is that correct?

Thanks for any information that you can give me regarding this resort of things we should do, this will be our first time in Aruba. Normally we only go to Mexico or the Dominican.

Hi @rsonc, sorry this response is so late.

I’m not 100% sure, but I think the difference between the Divi Village Villas and the Divi Village is that the Divi Village Villas are all-inclusive. You could call RCI and see if they can explain the difference, or call Divi M-F at 1-888-863-6822.

Thank you, I did reach out and it sounds like they are in the same areas. The villas might be right behind the village. Also the village was optional all inclusive and maybe a little cheaper then the villas mandatory all inclusive. Thanks again for the help.
