Is Sun Palace walkable to Club Regina Cancun?

Looking at the location of these two places. They look near each other on a map but in reality can you walk from one to the other with any ease?

There is more than one palace resort in Cancun but if my meory serves me right walking to Westin Regina would be pretty difficult.

Why not just take the bus which comes by every 5-10 minutes and probably is about a ten minute bus ride? Cancun has the best public bus systems I have ever been on and it's cheap.:wave:

There is a Westin next door to the Sun Palace. I don't think it is the Regina though. I think the Regina is close to the top of the "7" of the island - just before you get to the point.

The Sun Palace is the next to last resort of the "strip" towards the bottm of the 7

Thanks- having a bit of difficulty. Booked Aventura spa palace and now our FF tix don't mesh so RCI has Sun Palace for the dates we want. It looks like it is right next to Westin but, of course, maps are deceiving! Anyway, I think we will change to Sun Palace. We own at Westin Club REgina but have never been to the Cancun resort and I wanted to head over there to check things out.

The Sun Palace is really nice. We stayed there in November 2001. It was renovated after the hurricane a few years ago and is adult only now. You can still go visit the Adventura Palace, Moon Palace, and all the other Palace resorts.

I looked at some maps, and the Sun Palace is very close to the Westin. I think there may be some homes or condos between the two hotels. It would be a short walk.

Ok I just checked my map of Cancun and you are correct Sun Palace is walking distance to The Westin I was thinking of the Beach Palace which would be too far away.:hi:

Actually the Club Regina and the Westin are the very last locations at the Bottom of the "7". Have no clue as to the Sun Palace.
