We exchanged in for December of this year, a 2 bedroom unit at this Branson resort. I have heard good things and it has the fleur de Lis, meaning it's a top resort. I traded in with II. Wondering if there are fees? I read on this site somewhere that Diamond is doing the same thing as Hilton and charging fees for staying at the resorts. Well, I know they charge at Ka'anapali Beach, something that is not old news. Of course, if they can charge, they will, and my exchange for next month is through RCI, and RCI allows that, but what about II exchanges into Diamond?

@tschwa2 may be able to offer additional information, but Stormy Point is owned by Capital. Capital's parent company is Apollo; Apollo is also DRI's parent company. I don't see SPV on DRI's list of (managed or affiliated) resorts, but, as mentioned, their parent company owns SPV.

While I can't comment on the fees, I can say we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, so much so we seriously considered buying there. As you have probably seen, they are stand alone units. MFs are very reasonable, and, as you mentioned they are a top tier resort in II.
