F rating from the BBB. From the reviews, this is the standard scam about renting those 'extra' weeks you didn't know you have (and don't). Same song, different name.
No, you don't have any 'extra' weeks through the exchange companies. No, conference organizers aren't looking for random timeshare weeks to use instead of making arrangements with a local hotel/conference center. No, the exchange companies don't allow you to rent out your weeks. No, once you give them your upfront money, you will never see any of the promised $$. Yes, you will be identified as an easy mark and will get more offers from the same folks using different names to get more money from you.

How did you come to hear of this company? What is this company promising to do for you and for how much? What are you hoping to accomplish by using this company?

Thank you all for responding... as a new MVC owner I was almost duped but their persistence and over-talking me raised alarms. When they wanted to walk me through and sign an agreement I balked and stated that I need to review and research. The con man told me that I only had an hour to decide (another red flag) or else the "inventory" would not be guaranteed. I still wonder how they had sooooo many of my MVC details.

Is it more than what's publicly recorded on the deed when you purchase?

This is yet another timeshare scam marketing company following the exact same playbook as many other scam marketing companies which is to cold call, lie about renting your bonus weeks, and lie about marketing to corporations. Priority Vacation Rentals takes the lies to the next level by claiming to be in business for 25 years (website created June 2023) with over 18,000 rentals secured. They also have obvious fake reviews. Their google reviews have similar structure and wording. One of their glowing google reviews about successfully renting their getaway weeks is word for word identical to a Yelp review, except the reviewer name is different. Their website is also poorly designed and not customer friendly at all for a potential renter.

In short, this is a scam as they will steal your upfront money and then do nothing. I also think these scammers send fake offers when people complain, offers that they know can’t be secured with a reservation, just to appease the timeshare owner. Read the BBB complaints.

Lastly, because these scam marketing companies are using similar lies, I am starting to wonder if this goes beyond the typical US based low life white collar criminal. Could this be another variation of the Mexican cartel criminal activity?

Anyone scammed by Priority Vacation Rental, or any other scam company, should file a complaint with the state Attorney General and BBB. In fact, there is a BBB profile created for Priority Vacation Rental only because of the complaints filed with the BBB.
