Just bought a white season at Desert Springs.
Is there a way to confirm that the deed is actually as represented in the ebay listing before I put funds into escrow?
Now I just have to wait for ROFR.
Thanks

Ask the seller to fax you a copy of the deed. It will show what week # is deeded. You can then compare the week # to Marriott's calendar for Desert Springs to ensure it's within the white season.

Before you send the escrow funds, you should receive a contract with the deeded week specifically mentioned.
