Other than the main food, the suplimental relaxer is Rum. Is the Bacardi rum factory worth the time and is liquor as expensive as the food on Nassua or Paridise Island?

When you are heading to Harborside from the airport, ask the driver to stop at the grocery store. There is a shopping center just past the bridge to Paradise Island where he will stop. The shopping center has a liquor store too. Beer is very expensive, $45 case, rum is very cheap. I prefer the cruzan, but most of them are very good. Alot of the liqour stores in Nassau have tasting boothes, where you can sample the diffferent rums.

very good. I do not drink beer but love my rum. I like the idea that rum is cheap and that we can taste the flavours before buying.

I think my wife bought 2 liter bottles of Bacardi Superior (regular, ordinary) Rum at the Bacardi store on Bay Street in Nassau last week for $11. 1 bottle was $6.50.

Rum's cheap - as long as someone is not serving it to you. :)
