I bought a cheap Pandigital color multimedia ereader just to use for traveling so I can check email, TUG, etc. It doesn't do anything. It works for a couple of minutes and then it won't respond. Can't get to any websites and get full pages. The icons move. Is the tablet bad or is it the android system or do I just not know what I am doing?

Its android version is likely older (2.0) than many apps/sites require.
Reviewers say that WiFi connections are a challenge for it.
Some report that it breaks easily and tech support is spotty.

As the saying goes: "You get what you pay for." -- usually.

Pat - I have one too and I've noticed that sometimes I have to reconnect to the wifi connection even though it says I'm connected. I'm no techie so I don't know if this will help, but mine works pretty well. I have the 9 in one as well as a NOOK tablet and use them both for different purposes. I prefer the Pandigital for some things. Mine does have the 2.0 Android version.

I bought a Pandigital from QVC last year & sent it back within a week. Very eratic performance & unresponsive screen. I'm posting this with my Kindle Fire. Night & day difference. :crash:
