Is it possible to get an exchange for the Vancouver area? Have you ever gotten one?

As I recall for a week or two there was a lot of availability

Years ago I got a 2BR early summer Worldmark week through RCI at Vancouver Island

I've seen the Rosedale on Robson bulk deposit fairly regularly, and occasionally Le Soleil. What time of year are you planning to go? I stay overnight pretty frequently in Vancouver, and in the off-season you can get a good hotel fairly inexpensively on Priceline.

I booked the Vancouver Embarc for cash on booking dot com. We stayed three days after a cruise then flew home on Air Canada, nice airline.

I've exchanged into the Rosedale on Robson (II) during last week in May, and got a rental for the WorldMark Vancouver as well (ask HudsHut as she is also on the WorldMark Owners forum (https://www.wmowners.com/). Roesdale was moderate difficulty to get an exchange for. I prefer the WorldMark over the Rosedale as they have full kitchens.

Roesdale was moderate difficulty to get an exchange for. I prefer the WorldMark over the Rosedale as they have full kitchens.

We liked the WM Canadian better than the Robson as amenities go but like the location of the Robson better than the Canadian.

@DeniseM depending on when you wanted to go there are many WM & VI owners that could get you a unit at either place.

We like the Canadian. Free Underground Parking. A secure Room for Bike Storage. Walk or Bike all over the City from there. When you get a 2 bedroom there are 2 options - with or without a Dining Room. We choose the Unit without a Dining Room. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are larger. The Unit has 4 TV Trays for Meals. In the Unit with a Dining Room it is very small with a small round table backed against 2 windows.

I like the Canadian too. Our last stay had a view of the Church across the street. Our view from the Robson was mostly through the bedroom windows and of the upper floors of the other area buildings and some of the people living in them. I liked the view from the Canadian better. I think the Robson charged us around $20 a day to park. Free parking at the Canadian. We like Yale Town and the Robson is walking distance is why we like the Robson.
