I'm curious if anyone has some insight on Bluegreen Associate Resorts. My guess is that they only allow a small number of units for bluegreen owners, like RCI or other timeshare collaborations and therefore it is possible to book them, but they are very very limited. As far as I remember I have never noticed any availability for any of them even in non peak season or 11 months out. (I was looking for Panama City FL in Dec/Jan which is pretty off season) I'm wondering if there is something I am missing, if there is a special way to book them, or if it is nearly impossible as a silver owner? Thanks!

They are very limited as with most of the Bluegreen Associate Resorts because, as you said, Bluegreen only owns a few units in the entire property. As a non-metal level or elite user at all, the only way I’ve ever seen units available at the associate resorts is by being totally open and scrolling the calendar. I’ve seen a random week at Big Sky and some Florida properties open but they’re totally random, you’d have to plan the entire trip around when you find a stay for.

As with any resort on Bluegreen though, I highly recommend watching the calendar closely. Run a search and then copy and paste the URL into a note and just click it to search as much as possible. Availability changes literally by the minute so be persistent.

There are several associate resorts that are nearly impossible to get into because BG owns so few units - Sanibel, Big Sky, and Orange Beach are super hard. I hear Hawai’i and Panama City are also tough.

I just got back from Aruba, stayed 7 nights, poolside with an ocean view, pleasantly surprised with ocean view. I was told BG owns 1/3 of the units at Cabana, they even have a BG desk there as well. Full Breakfast for $8.99 was a real bargain.
