Is Feb 23 week at Marriott Desert Springs Villas a good trader in II?

Although I wanted a week during the tennis championships in March 2013, I got stuck with Feb 23. No championships. I wanted to trade in II so I wanted the best trading week.
Anyone know if Feb 23 will be OK also? I have 24 hours to cancel but then don't know what week to ask for

Nothing is better than mid March! It's not even the tennis championships -- it's the weather. We will be there for 9 nights starting next Wednesday. We go every year mid March.

I think the end of February will get you decent trades. It is brutal elsewhere in the country and the weather in PD is good at that time.

Does II discern between the weeks shown as high demand? That is will they give March a better demand due to better weather, as suggested by pacheco18, or if several weeks are given equal rating on the TDI, does II treat all those weeks equally? I assume they don't keep track of when the tennis championships are.

My understanding is that all weeks that have the same index are treated the same. I noticed that II increased the index of the February weeks for next year, so the demand must be very good.

I go to the Marriott a great deal during this time, and snow birds from Canada love to come down in Feb. It is prime season
