Like so many, I recently canceled a stay for Aruba within the 60 day window. I logged in today to check my points, I can see those points have been placed into the special "120 day holding account". However, I am seeing many additional points returned to my original account (around 2500!) - I have no idea what these are or were they came from. They are for this year and are also included under the bankable screen!!!
I also have another 2500 points listed under the use year 1/1/2022 through 12/31/2021 - obviously this doesn't make sense.
Is anyone else seeing strange or extra points in their accounts? Not going to bother Owner Services now and will wait to see if it get corrected....
