Is anyone seeing extra points in their account?

Like so many, I recently canceled a stay for Aruba within the 60 day window. I logged in today to check my points, I can see those points have been placed into the special "120 day holding account". However, I am seeing many additional points returned to my original account (around 2500!) - I have no idea what these are or were they came from. They are for this year and are also included under the bankable screen!!!

I also have another 2500 points listed under the use year 1/1/2022 through 12/31/2021 - obviously this doesn't make sense.

Is anyone else seeing strange or extra points in their accounts? Not going to bother Owner Services now and will wait to see if it get corrected....

My points buckets all appear to be correct. Do you own Trust points or Enrolled Weeks or both? As for the origin of points, if you click on the little plus sign to the right of the individual points buckets, it will open to show you where the points came from. See if that sheds any light on things for you.

We own multiple trust point contracts and multiple enrolled weeks. The extra points are listed as enrolled points (which are extra points that I do not know where they came from). The points listed with a use year that is not valid (1/1/2022 thru 12/31/2021) is listed as one of my trust point contracts.

Just assuming it will get straightened out.

Maybe you can use a mock booking and see if it gives you these points as an option to use.

Yes, mine was like that right after I cancelled. After about a week it straightened out on its own and has been correct ever since.
