I got an email and want to know what this means. Thanks

Plus, Interval International membership is included in annual VSN Club Dues. Your vacation choices keep growing!

SVN/VSN club dues always included interval membership for network (retail and mandatory) weeks.

Be aware, the process of paying those Interval dues is not without issues. I have had multiple II reps tell me my membership fee needed to be paid before they could help me. I paid it once only to have to try to get a refund from Vistana, which I did after a lot of work. I had a stay in Sedona booked last year that I cancelled 6 months ahead of the stay. I bought the E-plus so no problem, right? No,I got an email with my stay confirmation a few weeks before the dates. I called II and the person told me because I was overdue on my membership fee, the cancellation did not go through months earlier. He said I had to use the stay or lose it. Several phone calls later, I got a woman who told me "that person is new and doesn't know what they are talking about." Are you freaking kidding me? Fortunately, she got me booked for a trip a year out at some random place, so now I can trade into something else. I have owned since 2014 and the level of service has declined every year since, even more so when Marriot took over.

I used my II Vistana membership this year without issue. And also in the past when WSJ was closed for hurricane issues. When you call to respond to II, request the Vistana desk. You will get a rep trained in the nuances of your ownership.

On the other hand, seems like something is coded incorrectly. Maybe reaching out to owner services would help.
