IOS 11 on IPad?

Anyone else experiencing keyboard lag since this update. Driving me crazy. I’m running 11.0.1

Overall I love the new system but the keyboard lag is killing me.

No, everything running smoothly. I don't know what model you have, however, older devices don’t have the power to handle predictive option, which results in a lag. You could try going to Settings > General > Keyboard and toggle off the Predictive option.

The newest version is iOS 11.0.2, just updated it yesterday.

My predictive stays off but it looks like 11.0.2 has helped so thanks for the comments.

You could try doing a reset. Hold the POWER and HOME keys until you see the Apple logo. It will not delete files or settings.

Seems to be working better now but they have a different keyboard now for iMessage than they do when I post elsewhere. Causing me to hit the wrong keys every time I try and send a message. Us old folk don’t like changes! LOL
