Inventory issues at Shearwater and Margaritaville STT

I am having a few resorts where inventory and searching are suspect.

A) it shows inventory, I am even selecting 1 room type, which doesn't mean that there isn't variations that could still cause problems. B) Have all kinds of issues with the search and get either No inventory (shearwater) or doesn't meet checking requirement (STT). Both make no sense.

Shearwater's just does this....

I have dumped cache, and rebooted to no avail.

Anyone else getting this too?

Yes, and it started when the white box you are showing showed only 1 date in it instead of 2 which it normally shows when a start date and an ending date is selected. That was about 3 weeks ago. Problem persisted when I also dumped and also on a couple of different browsers and even when I attempted to use a different device (i.e. - smartphone or another computer). I now only use Chrome on any of the devices I use to access the website in 'incognito mode' to access website which works well without the problem showing up but the only disadvantage is having to request a code each time I sign in..

Haven't figured any way to correct the problem yet. Best of luck and I hope someone reading this will have a solution..

I observe similar symptoms. Incognito Chrome didn’t help me.

If I had to guess, it would be overloaded backend due to
holidays — perhaps try again in the middle of the night?

Yes, but other locations work just fine. It seems to be resort specific for me.

I'm going to guess the issue is fixed, I'm having no issues seeing inventory for either location. I almost exclusively use my phone and Edge browser.
