Inventory in Florida

Hi - looking at finding a timeshare in Florida for February next year. There is currently very little inventory and in the past I'm sure I remember reading that there is a specific time of the year when more inventory is deposited. I have been unable to find it through a search and was wondering is someone could help me out.

We have a South African timeshare that we're going to return to the developer and get out of timesharing but thought we'd combine our existing week and see if we could get a trip to Florida before we pack it in!!

It's been fun and timesharing provided us with the incentive we needed to get vacationing but after many years think we'll rent instead.

there are currently 400+ units available for Florida for 2/ 2013........vs 43 for Coloradao 2/2013. I would say there is lots of inventory for Florida. Make sure you are not filtering out units.

I would say "peak numbers" are in the 7-11 month mark. Owners deposit when their MF are paid and before 9 months, points systems seem to deposit 7-8 months out.
