Invalid Resort Id

While searching online with my Galleon (0902) for a winter 2007 Galleon, I get an error message that 0902 is an invalid Resort id. I checked the resort directory as well and the Galleon is not listed.

Whats' up with that?

I'm not RCI, but since this post went unanswered, the answer is the RCI website has some bugs that RCI can't seem to exterminate. You will have to wait until another time to see if the website is working or you can call your request for a search into RCI instead of using the internet.

I noticed the same problem with another resort. Maybe they are having glitches in the directory.

Other Problems

Beside the Resort ID numbers not working, I have also found the following problems with the RCI Web Site.

1) Under View Your Travel Plans: The Resort names are missing.

2) After your search has found a Resort, and when you click on the Resort: Directions, Additional Information and Urgent Information headings are shown, but the information is missing.

3) When you click on Maps you either get the wrong map or Internal Server Error.

I found more problems with the Resort ID numbers. Modified Oct. 14, 2005

4) When listing 15 Resorts ID numbers to search for, the web site will come back with some invalid numbers. Without removing any numbers and searching again, the web site will come back with a different set of numbers that are invalid. Repeating this again, the same thing happens. The invalid numbers change with each search.

5) I also have an ongoing search for 2 Resorts. When I modify the search by adding more Resort numbers, the web site tells me all numbers are invalid including the 2 Resorts listed in the search. When I remove the additional Resorts ID numbers. the 2 Resorts ID numbers are now valid.

We were seeing several problems related to our transition to a new server. This was also discussed here.
