I can guess the answer but I'll ask anyway. If an owner has a 3 bdrm at MOC Villas and deposited the lock-off any chance of getting it back or is what is done done.

Once it is deposited with II, II owns all rights to that week. There is no getting it back. This goes for all resorts.

Although I believe if you change your mind you can cancel a deposit within 24 hours, correct??? Then you could get it back!

Last year I split my 2 bedroom Maui Ocean Club and deposited it. I wa able to get a 1 bedroom and a lockoff. They rooms were not close together, but I was able to get both rooms for the same week. I even got an ocean view 1 bedroom for my garden view 1 bedroom. That might explain why they were on the complete opposite sides of the resort.
