Interval question

Our membership with interval has always been in my husband's name and mine. I have called many times of the last 10 years to do trades or ask questions. Recently, I see that only my husband's name shows on the account and when trying to deposit through our resort, I was told my name was not on the interval account.

Has anyone ever had this problem?

I'll be contacting interval to try to correct it. My husband never does anything with our timeshares. It's very strange.

Also interested

I will also be interested in any other replies you get. I have been a member of II for many years, and do all the planning and scheduling, although my husband's name is also on the timeshare deeds and so also on the II membership. I am currently staying for two weeks at a resort in Orlando, that I got on two separate exchanges through II, and when I requested that I be assigned the same unit for both weeks, on the phone, I was told by the resort that they check the last name on the reservation, and if it is the same, they automatically schedule in the same unit for consecutive weeks. However, when I checked in the clerk said the first week was in my name alone, but the second week was in my husband's name alone. Although the clerk did schedule me for the same unit after some discussion, he said he would have to list me as a second occupant for the 2nd week. Huh? it is only me, one person for both weeks, but he says in his system, they are saying the unit is occupied by 1 person for the first week, and 2 for the second. Just seems strange. I will have to wait until I get home to check the actual names on the two confirmations.

If you haven't done it already, your husband can call Interval and have you added. They will recognize your name after that. I also believe you can switch, on their website, who the primary user is. A couple of steps to get what you want.
