Interval Pending Request - No Match

I had a pending request with Interval that ended up not matching anything. I was thinking it was supposed to refund automatically if it didn’t match, but I haven’t seen a refund. Does anyone know the details of how that is supposed to work?

If I recall correctly, years ago they just put a credit on your account unless you called to ask for a refund.

Last time that happened to me they just credited it back to the card that I paid on. I had to search back to find it, but it was there

I am not aware that II has any kind of credit system where they hold your funds or can apply them to a transaction. You should have been refunded.

In my case, I just have to ask for the refund. and they did give it back to me.
