They tell you that you have 6, 8, 12, "unused getaway weeks". This is not a thing. They prey on people who are confused about what they own.
No one has "unused getaway weeks".
Getaways is a term that Interval uses for weeks that they rent out for cash.
The ploy is, they tell you that they can "rent out these unused weeks of yours" for a very good price. But first they need
an upfront fee for some made-up reason. Once you pay them the upfront fee, voila, they vanish.
Reality check: If you hired a rental agent to rent out your rental property, would you pay that person up front? No, that person would be paid from the proceeds of the rental.
Now that we have that established, where do you own? Do you need help exchanging? Have you deposited your week to II?
