Interval International Deposit

I have a new mandatory resale week (HRA) that I want to deposit into II. It is showing under my existing log-in on my Vistana account with my other weeks under "what I own". Should I be able to deposit my week into my existing corporate Vistana/Abound account in II, or am I going to have to create a new II account that i have to pay for? I can't find anything about it on the Vistana web site, and owners services initially said it was no problem to deposit it. However II is saying the deposit isn't showing up because Vistana needs to initiate the new week in my account. Any input appreciated!

Because it's mandatory and therefore part of VSN (which is different from just being a Vistana resort), it should be able to be added to your Vistana corporate II account. You do need to contact Vistana and ask them to add it to the existing II account.

It generally took a week or two for my mandatory resale weeks to be added to my II account. Not sure Vistana will do my h more than tell you to wait.
