Let me understand this: I have an enrolled week, whose initial reservation started Feb. 14, 2018, and I traded it via II for a week in Oct. 2020. If I decide to re-trade that week, I can only accept a trade or re-trades for a week up to Feb. 14, 2021? Or are you saying I can re-trade it initially as far out as possible (up to Feb. 14, 2021), and then I can re-trade it again with no restrictions on the date?
It's good for 2 years from the dates of the week that was deposited, not the date that you actually deposited it. So if your week started Feb, 2018, it would already be expired.

Oops! The week I deposited was Feb. 2019, not 2018. So I guess I have until Feb. 2021. Thanks Pamplemousse and Dean.

You are welcome. But you don’t have to guess you can have a look at the expiry. It is 2 years from that original ownership week date.

So, for now, retrade to any MVCI property available in Feb 2021 and worry about where to retrade when you want to go (but no later than Feb 2021). Depending on your risk tolerance, you might want to consider somewhere within driving distance.

I have a request in for an upcoming trip next year. Within the last couple of weeks I get calls from Interval (identified from caller id) but when I answer there is no one on the line. My guess is they are trying to call me to talk about my request and increase to other times and resorts based on prior calls. Are they just robo calling and then talk with the first person who answers? Are you getting these same hang up calls? They are annoying.
I get those same calls.

Here is what I think is happening. The ii computer calls me. If someone answers, then the call is routed to the first available rep. If there aren't any representatives available, then there is dead silence and eventually the ii customer hangs up. If no one answers, then the computer just moves on to the next member to be called. Nothing insidious, just perhaps a tad annoying.

For a while I had a broad request in place that included SVC Vino Bello (Napa). Wyndham/Shell pulled out the exclusively points-based timeshares (Vino Bello is one) from ii. So, when I got the semi-automated call, I asked the rep about it. They really didn't know anything about VB no longer being a valid request. That's a shame.
