interval exchange using vista to marriott exchange with abound membership

i have tried to book online and interval wants to charge me exchange fee the unit i am trying to use is in abound .
what are my options to sort this out interval dont seem to know about this when i phoned them

Hi. I had to pay it and then called Vistana to get it refunded. I did get it successfully refunded. Interval was no help.

I simply don't understand why it has taken II three months to fix this. Well, it really isn't fixed yet.

phone vistana today guy told me they could credit up to $150 exchange fee .
i waited 1 hour on phone to get this sorted and then got cut off will try tomorrow again.
my interval reservation is still sighting as pending.

Good luck! It can be so frustrating. I know. Hang in there! I spent a lot of time on hold with them.

my interval reservation is still sighting as pending.
I would argue that if you had paid $164 (not sure what is the latest pricing), you need to be reimbursed the same amount and not a cent less.

I agree. They reimbursed me the entire fee.

The exchange fee is $164, I would absolutely insist on a refund of the full amount. No reason I should be out $14 for their terrible IT.

Phoned Vistana today after another 45 min on phone agent told me a supervisor Will contact me within 3 days.

3 days have come and gone still no response from Vistana away to send email see if that gets me anywhere .
