@sf49fanv Do you have an email address or phone number? Sounds like a scam but their name is too generic to come up with anything specific. There is a 10 year old Canadian company by that name that recently lost their BBB accreditation due to being non-responsive to complaints. Is that it?

There are too many advertised rentals for anyone
legit to resort to unsolicited contacts.

If it's an unsolicited cold call = scam, no doubt.
OTOH, if you placed an ad, may still be a scam.
