Is this property still in active sales, or are they exclusively focused on Parc Soleil in Orlando?

Has anyone tried recently to put one of these through ROFR? I just signed a contract on this property and will report back with the details once I hear.

sales team will push and show you parc soleil first.
And if you say no, no and no, they will show you other options like international drive and sea world which they got through ROFR.
Please give us an update regarding your new purchase.

Can you imagine how nice it is for them to recycle a TS w/o the expense of building one by buying it at resale value (via ROFR), and then foist it on a mark at retail prices, as if it were "new."

I agree -- I've posted on the Marriott board my speculation (total speculation) that right now in Marriott-land is the same as 2010 for HGVC --a time free of the concerns of ROFR. If you want a Marriott, buy it now. I believe Marriott will begin to exercise ROFR on Platinums and high quality Golds at some point in the not too distant future.

I see the impact of ROFR now on HGVC pricing...and will report back as soon as I've cleared/not cleared ROFR.

When we last heard a sales pitch (September 2011) down there, they were only pushing Myrtle Beach (and I do mean pushing :annoyed: ).
They never mentioned anything else...and there was no construction activity going on at Parc Soleil, either.
