Notice that the following is a job requirement:

"Maintains a 65% penetration rate of assigned guests"

Assuming this is typical of the industry it's no wonder they just hammer you at every opportunity to get you to attend a breakfast, owners update, maintenance meeting or some other subterfuge to get you in front of the salesman.

They probably could easily obtain that rate if they actually stuck to the "1-hour update" instead of always making it 3,4,5 hours. You only fall for that once before you say no more.

The description also left out the part where they pass out the parking passes.
