This lawsuit was file in 2013; what was the final decision?

I didn’t find anything further on that case. But in a later case Wyndham was able to win on many issues (no fraud, for example) but they can still be sued mainly for breach of contract.
and earlier decision

No doubt Wyndham’s lawyers will have fine-tuned their contract language subsequent to these cases to make them bulletproof to any contract claim from later purchasers.

My guess is, if it dragged on that long, is that Wyndham offered these folks an offer they couldn’t refuse (a way out) following the historic “point audit” some time ago, similar to what they did with Ron Parise.

Is this the guy/family that bought millions of points to rent and afterwards Wyndham changed their policy and limited guest confirmations from unlimited for VIPP to 15 per million, creating Wyndham Extra Holidays to undercut him, etc., basically costing their rental business an untold amount of money?

Here's a March 2020 class action suit brought on by a guy who paid $134K for a Wyndham timeshare.

While a class action lawsuit against Wyndham and their sales practice sounds good on paper I suspect what we will end up with in the settlement is $20 million for the attorneys and one free owner’s update certificate for the timeshare owners.
